Your satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer the option to return products in accordance with current Greek legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Product Return)

You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to state the reason for the return.
Terms and Conditions for Withdrawal:

The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by all original items (packaging, instructions, purchase receipt).
The return must be made using secure shipping to ensure the product is not damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the product, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

2. Return of Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement product or issue a refund.
Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used and is returned with its original packaging.

3. Products Excluded from the Return Policy

According to the law, returns are not accepted for:

Products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition.
Special orders or customized products.
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
