The website Psyxologoi.gr is owned by A. Spanou – A. Koubouli O.E. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). The use of this website, the purchase of products, and the booking of services imply the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and policies.

The Company reserves the right to modify the content and terms of use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

Online therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.

Sale of products through our online store (e.g., books).

2.1 Booking Requirements
Bookings can only be made by adults over the age of 18.
For minors, written consent from a parent/guardian is required.

2.2 Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are governed by professional confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Psychologists and the GDPR.
The Company takes all necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

2.3 Conducting Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted through platforms providing end-to-end encryption.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and quiet environment during the session.

2.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session is charged in full.
In the event of a technical issue caused by the Company, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

2.5 Limitations of Liability
Psychotherapy services do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric care.
In crisis situations (e.g., suicidal thoughts), please immediately contact 166 (National Emergency Centre) or the 24/7 helpline 1018.

3.1 Orders & Payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods displayed on the site.

3.2 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994, you have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, provided it is in its original condition.

3.3 Defective or Incorrect Products
In the case of defective or incorrect items, the Company covers return costs and will replace or refund the product.

3.4 Products Excluded from Returns
Custom-made or personalised items.
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and clients.

4.1 Data Collection
We collect only the necessary information for:
Fulfilling and shipping orders.
Booking and conducting therapy sessions.
Communicating about services and products.
