I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in Clinical and Social Psychology.
I pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, with a Cognitive Behavioral Approach.
I received a four-year training in Systemic Psychotherapy and Counseling from the Center for Systemic Study and Therapy (Ke.S.Me.Th.) in Athens.
Additionally, I specialized in Therapeutic and Expressive Writing at the Institute of Mental Expression, as well as in the use of art and play in therapy at Rodakino Institute.
