Adolescent Counseling
Adolescence is the second phase in life when a person must redefine their world, relationships, and surroundings—this time from a more adult perspective.
This transitional period requires saying goodbye to childhood habits and behaviors while beginning to develop autonomy and take on more responsibilities. Every type of change triggers feelings of anxiety and anger, as the environment often contributes to this internal conflict with mixed messages like “You’re too old for this…” and at the same time, “You’re too young to decide yet.”
Adolescent Counseling
Our Goal
The aim of adolescent counseling is to create a trusting environment where the adolescent feels safe enough to express conflicting emotions, release guilt, and progress toward adulthood.
