Online & In-Person Psychotherapy

Art Therapy

There are feelings that don’t easily find words.
Art therapy creates a safe space where you can express them without needing to speak.

What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression as a means of understanding and processing emotions.
Through painting, writing, movement, music, clay, collage, and other forms of expression, a person explores their inner world in a more direct and authentic way.
– You don’t need to “know” art
– No artistic experience is required.
– We are not interested in the result. We are interested in the process, the experience, and what emerges through it.

How it helps

  • Expressing difficult emotions
  • Reducing anxiety and inner tension
  • Understanding experiences that are hard to put into words
  • Deepening self-awareness and self-acceptance
  • Reconnecting with creativity and vitality
