A few words about me

I support children, adolescents, and their families when they are facing emotional difficulties, learning challenges, or changes in their lives.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where the child can express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop skills that help them in their everyday life.
I also work closely with parents to help them understand their child’s needs and feel more confident in their parenting role.

A few details about my studies, professional training, and career path up to today!

  • Bachelor’s in Psychology, Manchester Metropolitan University
  • Master’s in Educational Sciences, Hellenic Open University (in progress)
  • DIKATSA recognition & Licensed Psychologist
  • Three-year training in Counselling Psychology
  • Three-year training in Special Learning Difficulties – Dyslexia
  • Specialised 9-month seminar in School Psychology
  • Specialised 9-month seminar in Autism
  • Specialised 9-month seminar in Sex Education & Development

I have worked with NGO de-institutionalisation and socioeconomic reintegration programmes for people with mental illness, as well as in social support services and school settings.
I have served as a substitute psychologist in primary education schools, and I collaborate with specialist therapy centres providing support to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

My work with children is grounded in understanding their emotional world and building on their strengths.
Collaboration with parents is a core part of the process, creating a stable and supportive environment for the child’s development. When needed, I also work alongside the school setting to ensure a more comprehensive support network.
