Online & In-Person Psychotherapy
Art Therapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes various forms of art (painting, writing, movement, music, clay, collage, etc.) as a means of exploration and expression. The individual does not need to have any previous experience or artistic ability as the goal is the process of creation and authentic expression through it and not the result.
Through art therapy, emotions that are not easily expressed in words can be expressed. Furthermore, communication in different ways and relief from dysphoric emotions are offered. It can be applied to all ages and a wide range of mental difficulties (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, etc.). Art therapy can be offered either in an individual or group setting.
