Group Supervision
Group Supervision for Early-Career Psychologists
Starting out in psychotherapy is a period full of excitement but also questions, uncertainty, and moments of loneliness.
The first clinical encounters, the responsibility towards clients, and the need to shape a professional identity all create a genuine need for a safe and supportive framework.
Who it is for
These group supervisions are designed for early-career psychologists and psychotherapists who are beginning their clinical journey or working with a limited caseload and who are seeking scientific guidance, support, and a deeper understanding of the therapeutic process.
How the groups are formed
The groups are closed, consist of 3ā4 participants, and are formed by Anna Koumpouri based on the needs and requests of those involved.
The frequency and duration of meetings are agreed upon with the group, so that they genuinely respond to each participant’s professional needs.
